General Policies

                                                                      Welcome 3rd Avenue Guest!

 

New Clients: Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can get to know you. We would love to give you a tour of the salon following a thorough consultation.

Late Arrivals: Please be aware that any late arrivals may result in reduction of your service time. Late arrivals 15 minutes or more maybe required a deposit to make a future appointment. If we have another stylist available at that time, we can accommodate you, however the service maybe modified. 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

24 to 48 hour Cancellation: Due to our policy, cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. No call-no shows "ghosting" will be charged $150 for any color appointment due to high demand of our stylist. We appreciate your consideration and your business. Guest Conduct: 3rd Avenue Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any person who conducts themselves in a disruptive manner, creates a disturbance to the other guests and staff or otherwise behaves in a rude or non- acceptable manner. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Refunds:  A refund cannot be given on any services or products. However, we give you up to 2 weeks for any corrections to be made. After 2 weeks, the appointment needs to be rescheduled and you may need to pay for any service rendered.

Health Conditions

Please kindly inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service. We will  always accommodate to the best of our ability!

Reservations

For new clients, a credit card is required to reserve your spot for that day. We appreciate your business!
